Shipping

Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within the time limits noted below.  If the item is returned for any other reason than a damage or defect, the refund will be for the value of the items received minus the outbound shipping charges.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if you have any problems with your order.
We do not accept returns on personal care products such as soap or lip balms or on any item that has been custom made, customized or monogrammed.
    Conditions of return:
    All returns must be approved by us before they are received at our store.  No return will be honored without prior authorization.  Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We highly recommend shipping things back to us with some method that includes tracking.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
