Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges! Really we do. Just a couple of important things: if you want to send something back that you didn't like or changed your mind about, pop it into the mail to us any way you like though we strongly recommend tracking! Once we get it back in the SAME shape it left our shop, we'll process a refund minus shipping charges. Easy peasy. If something shows up dinged, smashed or otherwise messed up by the mail machinery, we require photos of the packaging. It's the only way we get our money back from the behemoth shipping companies. Photos to us= refund for you or replacement or whatever else you choose. Again - easy peasy! Right?
